What We Expect from You:

  • In-depth knowledge in IT;
  • Preferably experience or education in the IT industry;
  • Interest in learning new technologies;
  • Ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills;
  • Composure in stressful situations, initiative, and a sense of responsibility;
  • Basic knowledge of DNS, Email, Firewall, HTTP, FTP, database servers, etc.;
  • Good communication skills and a desire to help;
  • Excellent Latvian, and good (at least) Russian and English language skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for client requests;
  • Handle incoming service requests, execution, or forwarding;
  • Administer and maintain company Linux systems;
  • Work with LAMP and server administration;
  • Provide hosting client consultations, problem-solving, and training;
  • Prepare training materials and instructions for clients.
